🛒 Ingredients

Salmon

• 4 thick salmon fillets (6 oz each)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper

Filling

• 1 ripe avocado, diced
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
• 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
• 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• Pinch sea salt

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling

In a bowl mix:

  • cream cheese

  • chives

  • lemon zest

  • pinch of salt

Then, fold-in avocado and bacon bits, gently so avocado stays chunky.

2️⃣ Prepare the Salmon

Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet without slicing all the way through.

Season salmon with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

3️⃣ Stuff the Fillets

Spoon avocado bacon mixture into the pockets.

Press gently so the filling stays inside.

4️⃣ Grill

Preheat grill to medium heat (375–400°F).

Place salmon skin-side down on grill rack.

Grill 10–12 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
