Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
with Brown Coconut Sugar & Allulose
Using brown coconut sugar and allulose creates cookies with rich caramel flavor while reducing the blood-sugar spike and overall sugar load compared to traditional refined sugar. Coconut sugar adds depth and trace minerals, while allulose keeps the cookies soft and moist with far fewer calories.
