• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• Fresh parsley or mint for garnish

1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients
Cut halloumi into 1-inch cubes.
Slice lemon into thick wedges.
Sliced vegetables, cut them into similar size pieces.
2️⃣ Assemble the Skewers
Thread onto skewers together or alternating:
halloumi → lemon → vegetables

3️⃣ Season
Brush skewers with olive oil.
Sprinkle with oregano, smoked paprika, and pepper.
4️⃣ Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
Place skewers on the grill and cook 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Halloumi should develop golden grill marks and slightly crisp edges, and veggies have softened.
5️⃣ Finish
Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Serve immediately.
