Mini Affirmation Ritual

(approx. 5 minutes)

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.
Take three slow breaths — in through the nose, out through the mouth.
Let your shoulders soften. Let the day fall away.

Arriving

Close your eyes and silently say:
“I am here.”
“I am safe in this moment.”
“I don’t need to rush.”

Feel the weight of your body supported by the ground or chair beneath you.

Releasing

As you inhale, imagine gathering everything you’ve been carrying.
As you exhale, imagine setting it gently down.

Repeat slowly:

  • I release what is not mine to hold.

  • I let go of pressure and performance.

  • I allow myself to soften.

Affirming

Say each affirmation slowly. Let it land in your body:

  • I trust myself.

  • I honor my inner voice.

  • I am allowed to choose what feels true.

  • I no longer abandon myself.

  • I am becoming who I was always meant to be.

Embodying

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Repeat:

  • My heart is wise.

  • My body knows the way.

  • I am aligned with my truth.

  • I am steady, grounded, and open.

Let a feeling of quiet confidence spread through you.

Integrating

Take one final deep breath.
Silently say:
“I carry this feeling with me.”

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
